Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

Vera Jean pieces are available on a pre-order basis. Estimated lead times are noted on each product page and may vary depending on production schedules.

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item. You will be notified once your piece is ready to ship.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, as all items are made in small batches; occasional delays may occur.

If there are any significant changes to your order timeline, our team will contact you directly to provide an updated delivery estimate.

Shipping

Orders are packaged with care and shipped using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

As each Vera Jean piece is crafted with care, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
We are happy to arrange an exchange for products of the same or similar value.

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Vera Jean. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Liability

Vera Jean is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. We take great care in presenting accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that all colours or finishes will appear exactly as shown on all devices.
