Shipping within Australia

Orders from Vera Jean are packaged with great care.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and determined by your location.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

International Orders

Refunds & Exchanges

Each Vera Jean piece is crafted with intention by skilled artisans. As items are made to order or produced in limited batches, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose thoughtfully before completing your order.

We are, however, able to offer an exchange for products of the same or similar value. To arrange a return for exchange, please email info@vera-jean.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges. For items exchanged to a lower value, the difference will be issued as a Vera Jean store credit.

Please ensure your return is carefully packaged — ideally using the original materials — to ensure its safe arrival. Vera Jean cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during return transit, and we are unable to offer exchange or credit for items returned in damaged or unsaleable condition.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vera-jean.com.au

If an item has been damaged during shipment, Vera Jean will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
We kindly request photographs to assist with our review. Claims lodged after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Each case will be assessed individually with care.
